In 2011-2012 Oulu Business School is piloting a mentoring programme targeted specifically for the International Masterīs Degree students in FMA, MF and IB.

The application period for mentoring is closed. More detailed schedule is available below for selected students.

WHEN?
The mentoring programme started in December 2011 and continues until May 2012. The programme includes 3 group meetings organised by the University as well as 3-8 private meetings with the mentor.

Participating students will be contacted directly to confirm the details of next group meetings. 

WHAT IS MENTORING?
The mentoring programme aims to support the student with his/her study and career related decisions and career planning. International students have a mentor, with whom they discuss topics they find important, such as the mentorīs career choices, required skills and Finnish working life. The mentor is usually a university alumnus/alumna, an experienced expert with a university degree. 

WHO IS IT FOR?
Oulu Business School international Masterīs Degree students in FMA, MF and IB interested in career planning and motivated to learn and develop were eligible to apply for 2011-12 mentoring programme. Applicants must be willing to commit to actively build and maintain the mentoring relationship.
